About the role

As a Personal Service Technician, you will work with one of the strongest brands in the automotive world – Volvo – and become an important part of the customer experience. You plan your workday yourself and guide the customer through the entire process: from reception and planning to service, repair, and return of the car.

Your main responsibilities include:

• Service, maintenance, and repairs according to Volvo's guidelines and quality requirements
• Troubleshooting, diagnostics, and component replacements
• Customer contact and advice for the best possible service

You will work in a modern workshop, adapted for both electric and fuel-powered cars. We value your interest in development and your sense of quality.

Here, we work according to the VPS (Volvo Personal Service) method, which means we work two technicians on the same customer car (two on a lift). Double competence to ensure that every job is performed with the highest precision and customer focus.

During your employment, you will receive training both externally and internally.

Qualifications

• Automotive technical education or similar and a few years of experience in the profession.
• Self-driven, responsible, and cooperative.
• Good organizational skills, positive attitude, and solution-oriented
• Strong interest in cars and a sense of service.
• Swedish spoken and written
• Swedish manual B driver's license required.
